I own and manage a full-service Farmers Insurance agency in New Boston, overseeing client relationships, policy sales, renewals, claims assistance, marketing, compliance, finances, and business development.

I've built more than 25 years of customer-facing experience across insurance, healthcare, and business environments. I educate personal and commercial clients on coverage options, solve customer needs, and create positive experiences through attentive, personalized service.

Before insurance, I provided preventive dental hygiene care at Eagle Dental Center, Chris Potts DDS, and Mark Addington DDS, including periodontal therapy, radiographs, patient education, recall programs, inventory management, and insurance coding support.
