As a Dental Account Manager at Westlake Dental / Avon Dental, I assume overall responsibility for managing client accounts and consistently achieve client satisfaction, persistency, growth, and profitability goals. I use my dental hygiene background to help clients clearly understand dental insurance benefits and treatment options, while managing the client lifecycle with tailored benefit solutions.
