At Shaftsbury Dental Center, I manage insurance claims, eligibility verification, documentation, and follow-up. I work directly with insurance companies to research claim issues, clarify requirements, and secure approvals.

I help patients and stakeholders understand treatment and insurance information by explaining it clearly. I also train fellow hygienists on insurance procedures, claims processing, documentation, and compliance.

At Heartland Dental / Dental Care of Fate Village, I managed insurance verification, filing, claims processing, and follow-up. I used Dentrix and Microsoft Office for claims tracking, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.

At Bennington Dental Center, I managed insurance and administrative processes and restructured the hygiene department to improve workflow and efficiency. I hold a B.S. in Health Studies/Administration and an A.A.S. in Dental Hygiene.
