I’m looking for remote client success or customer support work where I can manage relationships, scheduling, and follow-ups, stay organized with sensitive data, and help the team deliver reliable service in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a customer-focused Client Success Manager who supports client success operations through client communication, scheduling needs, follow-ups, and service coordination.
