I’m seeking new responsibilities at a growing organization where I can own client accounts, respond quickly, validate data accuracy, and solve problems through clear communication and reliable reporting.

I’m an empathetic, focused customer service and data entry professional with experience supporting families, teachers, schools, and vendors. I bring a problem-solving mindset and a detail-first approach to ensuring correct program policies, accurate account information, and clear communication.

In my current role as a Customer Success Representative/Account Manager, I manage 40–60 clients, review spreadsheets for accuracy, and create reports analyzing data throughout each contract period. I also handle funds management and respond to emails and chats within 24–48 business hours, while collaborating with Quality Assurance to improve future cases.

Previously, I led front desk operations and trained staff at a country club pro shop, and I built strong data-handling fundamentals across customer service, accounts receivable, order processing, and administrative support—using tools like QuickBooks, ShipStation, SPSCommerce.com, and Salesforce to keep records accurate and teams organized.
