I diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues, administer Windows workstations, and manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow. I have delivered onsite support for corporate clients and multiple-site customers.

My background includes an HND in Computer Science (Database option) and ongoing Master’s studies in Information Systems and Software Engineering. I developed a web-based application to manage software licenses as a final-year project.
