I handle first- and second-level IT support at GMI (IT support & systems administration) and keep Windows Server infrastructure running with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and access management.
I also maintain internal networks and tools (including VPN via Tailscale and AnyDesk), manage IT asset inventory, and write technical documentation for configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
On the software side, I designed and deployed a custom ERP at GMI and built internal web platforms using React, Next.js, REST APIs, and SQL Server—plus Power BI dashboards across Sales, Inventory, HR, Finance, and SAV.
