What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my IT support, troubleshooting, system deployment, and network maintenance skills while continuing to learn and support users and IT infrastructure.

I've supported the Municipality of Bir Mourad Raïs by deploying system images, resolving Windows hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and supporting Office 365 users. I also prepared and deployed IT infrastructure for headquarters and election centers supporting the 2024 Presidential and 2026 Parliamentary elections.

Through my IT Support and Network Technician apprenticeship and e-commerce business, I've built practical troubleshooting, network maintenance, inventory management, backup and recovery, and customer service skills.
