What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a PMO, project support or project coordination role where I can maintain accurate project information, support planning and reporting, coordinate stakeholders and develop my Oracle Project Management Cloud knowledge.

I've supported project delivery at Almond Careers, maintaining project documentation, databases, reports, monitoring returns and event logistics from planning through completion.

In remote customer operations for Clinical Partners and Vodafone, I've managed high volumes of appointments, enquiries, records, escalations and sensitive information while meeting service deadlines. I've also supported operational and governance teams with safeguarding, complaints, concerns, accidents and data incidents.

I've completed Oracle Project Management Cloud training covering planning, execution, costing, billing, resources, budgets, forecasts and reporting. I bring fluent English and French communication, careful record management and practical coordination support to PMO and project teams.
