What I'm looking for

I seek a mission-driven role leading program and training efforts for vulnerable youth and families, focused on growth, equity, and measurable impact.

I am a trauma-informed training and capacity lead with extensive hands-on experience supporting foster families, youth in crisis, and medical emergency settings. I have led curriculum redesigns, delivered equity-centered trainings, and managed high-stakes, data-driven projects that improved program efficiency and participant engagement.

As a project manager and primary contact for over 100 foster families, I reduced onboarding time from nine months to three months and designed 12 training programs aligned with inclusive care goals. I also supported emergency mental health needs for dozens of youth while covering crisis lines and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure quality services.

I bring crisis-response experience from emergency medical roles and compassionate patient-care work, plus instructor certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Red Cross First Aid/CPR. I seek to apply my leadership, curriculum development, and relationship-building skills to strengthen programs that support vulnerable children and families.
