Allison Christopher
@allisonchristopher
Senior talent coach and recovery coach helping clients set goals and build mentorship success.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior Talent Coach with a track record of guiding people through goal-setting and building successful mentorship experiences. In my most recent role, I met with clients one-on-one to clarify their intentions, expectations, and roadblocks—then helped them move forward with practical, supportive coaching.
I also provided technical support to reduce friction in day-to-day logistics, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling meetings. I maintained confidentiality and created a safe space for clients to discuss mentorship challenges, troubleshoot mentor mismatches, and improve participation and accountability.
Previously, as a Youth Prevention Specialist and Recovery Coach, I trained in Motivational Interviewing, PAX Tools, Trauma-Informed Care, and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). I promoted healthy lifestyle choices through character education, implemented evidence-based curriculum via Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and delivered programs to over one thousand youth ages 6–18.
My background also includes community-focused facilitation and education support through roles such as Youth Development Facilitator and Parenting Education Intern. I bring research-grounded thinking from my M.S. in Sociology—along with skills in program evaluation and qualitative research—to help teams design, run, and improve meaningful client and youth outcomes.
