I’m an operations professional who turns messy business processes into clear workflows and useful systems.

My background is in finance and healthcare real estate, where I grew from research and business development into Director of Operations. Alongside closing approximately $10 million in transactions, I managed CRM processes, documented procedures, and coordinated the details that kept deals moving. That experience taught me how important it is to make a company’s knowledge accessible beyond the people who hold it in their heads.

Through Lucent and Sauce Technologies, I’ve brought that approach to client delivery, workflow improvement, and AI-assisted implementation. My work includes Atlas, a platform bringing together more than 2.3 million records from six sources. I enjoy understanding the problem behind a request, organizing the work, and following through to a practical result.

Based in Skåne, Sweden, I’m looking for remote opportunities in business operations, implementation, and business systems where I can contribute commercial judgment, strong client relationships, and a hands-on approach to improving how teams work.
