I’m an experienced Deployment and Release Engineer known for bridging engineering and customer needs through clear communication, problem-solving, and collaboration. I focus on scalable infrastructure and continuous improvement, with strong hands-on skills across Kubernetes, Docker, Git-based automation, and database management.

At 4C Strategies (2024–Present), I engineer and maintain automation for deployment and provisioning of enterprise software instances across Kubernetes and on-prem environments for both production and demo systems. I’ve executed complex cross-regional database migrations (e.g., Azure SQL), managed continuous version upgrades using Git-based workflows (GitOps) to minimize downtime, and ensured data recovery integrity for MongoDB and SQL. I also proactively monitor system health with Grafana/Prometheus, lead incident debugging through DevOps collaboration, and support a 24/7 on-call rotation for Tier 2/3 response and SLO-driven uptime.

Earlier, I served as a Technical Support Engineer at Charge Amps (2022–2024), where I handled deep technical configuration and diagnostics for cloud-based EV charging deployments and worked closely with R&D to turn field issues into reliability improvements. I also built and deployed a multi-node Kubernetes (K3s) access control system at Kisi (2019–2020), monitored with the Prometheus-Grafana stack and managed with Ansible. Before that, I supported high-pressure trading room environments at SEB & Swedbank (2013–2018) and acted as Delivery Responsible for IT operations, including designing a CI/CD Pipeline POC using GitHub Actions to build and deploy a Dockerized web application.
