I have over 5 years of experience in the crypto industry, where I have honed my skills in customer support and business development. My journey began with an internship as a Business Development Manager at QMALL, where I gained valuable insights into market research, client acquisition, and partnership development. This experience laid the foundation for my subsequent roles in customer support and advisory positions.

Most recently, I served as the Head of Customer Support for GRANDCOMBAT, a blockchain game that ranked 41st in The Open League by TON Foundation. In this role, I built the support infrastructure, developed KPIs, and managed user feedback to ensure effective communication between players and the development team.
