What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage service requests with fast, accurate support—using tools like Excel, Tableau, Canva, and AI automation to improve customer satisfaction.

I’m a diligent, disciplined and goal oriented customer service professional with experience assisting customers, resolving complaints, and managing service request and social media requests in a fast–paced bakery environment. I maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring accurate data entry and supporting basic financial record preparation.

At JUST B Bakery (2023–2025), I addressed and resolved customers’ complaints promptly, helping maintain a positive customer service. I also kept accurate records through consistent data entry and order tracking using Excel, and supported daily sales and transactions for basic financial records.

I’m energized by improving speed and clarity for customers—so I built an AI chatbox automation for faster responses, created attention catching flyers with Canva, and interpreted project results with Tableau during the Science Student Project Forum (2024–2025). I bring strong problem solving, adaptability, and technical proficiency in Microsoft Workspace to every task, including ad-hoc assignments.
