What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Success & Operations Specialist focused on helping clients smoothly through fast, empathetic support in both English and French. I provide customer support via phone, chat and email, and I make sure communication stays clear and organized.
In my recent remote role in France (June 2024 to July 2025), I supported clients and also handled key administrative tasks like emails, contracts, schedules, records, and basic data entry. I manage content calendars and task boards using Social pilot, Slack, Trello, Notion, and Asana, keeping projects on track and teams aligned.
Before that, I worked as a Virtual assistant / Community Manager & Operations (January 2022 to April 2025), delivering administrative & accounting support and maintaining/animating social media accounts (LinkedIn and Instagram). I created visual content and wrote publications with Canva, designed and monitored an editorial calendar, and proposed strategies to increase brand visibility.
I also bring a commercial mindset from outbound sales (June 2021 to July 2022), where I promoted company products/services through outbound calls and presentation. I secured an average of 20 qualified clients per month in a part-time role, and I bring that same rigor, empathy, and adaptability into customer-focused operations.
