What I'm looking for

I’m interested in IT operations, workflow automation, business systems, and process improvement, especially applying automation to inventory, reporting, customer communication, and administrative workflows.

In my current IT and technical support work, I troubleshoot computers, software, printers, and other peripherals, and assist users with document processing and digital services.

I developed the Zakaria Rental Management System, a full-stack platform for rental-property operations. I implemented automated billing and payment allocation workflows, M-Pesa-related payment logic, and role-based authentication.

I also developed MenuMoja, a restaurant platform focused on digital services and workflow automation, and worked on a hospital management system for organizing operational information. I’m currently building practical skills in Google Apps Script and workflow automation.
