Yvonne Wangeci

I am an aspiring IT professional currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology at Mount Kenya University. My passion for technology drives me to continuously improve my skills in areas such as test automation, web application development, and database design. I have hands-on experience as an IT Administrator Intern at Mbekarm Preparatory School, where I assisted in the installation of applications, analyzed system logs, and provided technical support to users.

Throughout my internship, I documented IT procedures and system configurations, which significantly improved operational efficiency. I also conducted regular system backups and disaster recovery operations, ensuring data preservation. My ability to communicate effectively with users allowed me to identify areas in need of improvement and implement appropriate solutions. I am dedicated to enhancing my technical skills and contributing positively to any team I join.
