What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to contribute reliable technical support while developing deeper experience with technology systems in a safety-, service-, and operations-focused environment.

At Konza Technopolis, I developed enterprise web applications using Laravel, JavaScript, and REST APIs. I also participated in CERT-KE and CSOC-related activities, including vulnerability assessments and incident analysis.

At ALX - The Room, I provided hardware and software troubleshooting, system performance optimization, and operational user support. I also supported cloud maintenance and reviewed code quality.

As an ERP Production & UX Tester at Makao ERP, I test ERP/POS production workflows, document defects, and perform regression testing in an Ubuntu/Linux environment.

I’ve also worked on full-stack projects including CheckMate Management System, a QR-driven attendance platform with role-based access control and audit logs, and a Gas Station POS & Inventory System with transactional workflows.
