What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fast-paced administrative role where I can coordinate complex schedules, triage enquiries, support patients or stakeholders, and use healthcare or education systems to improve service delivery.

I've supported Imperial College NHS across heart failure, private patients, gynaecology, undergraduate education, and Cerner system implementation.

As Heart Failure PA/Secretary, I coordinate more than 40 clinics each month for three consultants and two heart failure nurses, supporting over 100 active patients. I streamlined triage and appointment structures to reduce clinic backlog by 25% while maintaining RTT compliance.

I've managed inpatient admissions, theatre scheduling, financial cover, diagnostic investigations, clinic preparation, and complex patient enquiries in busy customer-facing services. I also coordinated onboarding for 250 students per intake and managed shared inboxes, phones, records, and multi-stakeholder diaries.

Through my Cerner EPMA Floorwalker work, I trained clinical staff, resolved PAS-related issues, supported data migration, and worked with development teams before go-live. I bring a solution-focused, organised approach to high-volume administration and digital-system change.
