Mahlea Pierson

I’m a motivated hospitality and business professional with five years of experience in a fast-paced Mexican restaurant environment, including three years as a server and two years as a supervisor. As a supervisor, I lead front-of-house operations, manage staff, ensure high-quality customer service, maintain efficient workflow during peak hours, and handle conflict resolution and training for new employees.

I bring a growing understanding of the intersection between business processes and technology, with analytical thinking, adaptability, and attention to detail that helps me evaluate business operations and support data-driven decision-making. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management with a minor in Healthcare Information Systems at Kent State University, building on an Associate of Applied Business in Business Management Technology, and I’m prepared to contribute to roles that integrate management strategy, information systems, and organizational efficiency.
