I’m an ITIL®4 Certified Professional and NOC Engineer focused on keeping warehouse IT operations running smoothly. I manage end-to-end WMS-related processes—such as inbound, outbound, crossdocking, inventory adjustments, shipping & carrier configuration, item master, and EDIs—while maintaining SLAs.

I proactively enhance reliability by identifying system defects early and performing L1/L2 troubleshooting to resolve issues before they impact operations and cause downtime. I monitor network and server performance and application logs across production and non-production environments through health checks, alert response, timely resolutions, and escalation when required.

I also support P1/P2/triage investigations for network, servers, DBs, and warehouse systems, including analyzing changes after maintenance and preparing ways to resolve potential issues. In parallel, I contribute to WMS implementation and testing for global clients (Apple, H&M, Starbucks, Huel, Alo Yoga, Lego), using OracleDB SQL queries to add, update, and retrieve data—while staying committed to continuous learning and growth.
