I am a RHCSA and RHCE-certified IT professional with over three years of hands-on experience in cloud operations, infrastructure monitoring, and technical customer support. I currently work as a NOC Engineer delivering 24x5 monitoring and incident response while previously serving as a Cloud Engineer managing provisioning and automation.

My technical strengths include Linux administration (RHEL), container work with Docker/Podman, scripting with Bash and basic Python, CI/CD with Git and Jenkins, and automation using Ansible and Terraform. I routinely use Datadog for monitoring, VMware for virtualization, and Datto for backups.

I have practical networking experience troubleshooting IP and connectivity issues, using Cisco Meraki, coordinating with ISPs, and handling incident triage via PagerDuty. I track and resolve tickets with JIRA and ServiceNow and maintain SOPs and knowledge-base documentation to improve operational reliability.
