I also manage client accounts, prepare proposals and business documents, raise invoices, track payments, and maintain KPI trackers that support data-driven management reviews. I proactively closed two software sales and contributed to Instagram-based marketing for the company’s software products.

Previously at Frisson Devhub, I executed recruitment and onboarding, coordinated payroll compliance, managed employee documentation and exit formalities, and ran engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.

I've maintained accuracy in payroll inputs and statutory filings, streamlined screening and interview scheduling to reduce time-to-hire, and built an Excel attendance tracker that eliminated manual errors. I'm open to hybrid and on-site opportunities in Gurgaon.
