I’m a detail-oriented HR Executive with 2.4 years of experience supporting HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, records management, and benefits administration. I’m confident handling confidential information while multitasking in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as HR Executive at Expandimo Technologies Private Limited, I manage employee onboarding, data management, payroll administration, and attendance/leave & encashment tracking. I also support resignation and exit formalities.

Previously, as an HR Assistant at Mind Web Tree, I handled job posting and recruitment, interview scheduling and coordination, candidate onboarding documentation, and compliance. I also supported payroll administration, attendance and leave management, employee engagement and welfare, and resignation/exit processes.

Earlier, I gained HRIS exposure through an HR Intern role at AntierSolutions, using ZohoPeople to support onboarding and manage HR information systems. I collected and verified documentation for new hires and assisted with induction support to help new employees integrate successfully.
