I’m a results-driven HR Executive and HR Generalist with 4+ years managing the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and offboarding—across multi-location teams of 80–120 employees.

I handle end-to-end monthly payroll using GreytHR with attendance reconciliation, leave balances, deductions, and net pay calculations, while maintaining high accuracy and on-time disbursement. I also partner with external PF/ESIC vendors to ensure statutory compliance and keep filing timelines on track.

On the employee experience side, I’m trained in POSH and support employee relations through structured investigations, disciplinary documentation, grievance resolution, and conflict handling. I coordinate performance review cycles, maintain accurate HRMS records for audit readiness, and drive engagement initiatives like recognition programs and feedback sessions.

I enjoy building HR processes from the ground up in fast-paced startup environments. I’ve supported end-to-end recruitment, designed onboarding programs with rapid documentation sign-off, and managed offboarding including exit interviews, final settlements, and attrition trend insights.
