I support EU Commission platforms through Venthône, owning second-line requests from first report through resolution. I guide users across technical levels, investigate access and workflow issues, and deliver live English training to more than 500 organisations and 10,000 users.

I turn recurring issues into user guides, knowledge-base content, and process improvements that reduce repeat contacts. I use AI daily to investigate faster and automate repetitive support work without losing sight of the underlying problem.

Previously, I co-founded and ran HIQ Studio, building the audio production business from scratch, managing client relationships, and leading paid digital campaigns that increased revenue tenfold. I also recruited, onboarded, and coached junior technical staff.
