I’m a multilingual talent and customer experience professional with 3+ years across international telecoms and travel accounts. I move quickly between people work and process work—sourcing 15+ candidates a month for mass hiring campaigns, resolving live customer issues across three markets, and shaping emerging AI tooling (Parloa) with hands-on feedback.
In my current role as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist—Mass Hiring, I manage the full mass hiring funnel from sourcing to offer stage. I partner with hiring managers on role requirements and candidate calibration, maintain pipelines across concurrent requisitions, and coordinate with cross-border operations to align hiring targets with campaign launch timelines.
I’m also actively building a People Analytics skill stack to bring data thinking into HR decisions, with Python (intermediate, course completed) and Power BI (in progress), alongside Excel and data cleaning/reporting fundamentals. I’m open to full-time remote roles with international teams and comfortable across US and EU time zones, blending empathy, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
