I’m an insurance professional who brings hands-on experience across operations, quality assurance, and agency-focused sales management. I’ve built my career by consistently delivering timely, accurate processing while keeping a strong “zero defect” mindset.

In my roles as Branch Operation Manager and Sales Manager (Agency Vertical), I handled inward and quality checks for proposals and endorsements, ensured underwriting guidelines and compliance were followed, and supported smooth policy administration. I also owned BPMS processes in the branch, coordinated quality/technical audits, and managed document filing, storage, and archiving.

On the business side, I focus on renewals closure and discrepancy resolution through proactive sales follow-up, while managing agent recruitment and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Claims, Administration, Underwriting, HR, and IT. My experience includes claims servicing support, cheque bounce monitoring and policy cancellation workflows, and maintaining operational readiness using tools like ICM, H-Kit, Sirius, R PAS, R CRM, and CMS & POS on Windows with MS Office and Tally.
