I am an operations-focused insurance professional with progressive experience across agency support, insurance officer duties and operations management, dedicated to improving operational efficiencies and maximizing resource utilization.
In my current role as Operations Officer I manage client service staff, oversee claims management, implement internal controls for underwriting and claims, and prepare operational reports to support management decisions.
Previously I served as an Insurance Officer and Agency Assistant handling quotations, premium receipting, production reports, client coordination and policy documentation, with strong emphasis on customer service and record keeping.
I am pursuing professional insurance qualifications and bring solid skills in Microsoft Office, ICDL, stakeholder coordination, rate negotiations and communication, guided by integrity, teamwork and continuous improvement.
