I seek a global HR role focused on benefits, data-driven process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and career growth in a supportive, compliant culture.

I am an HR and business professional with 14+ years of international experience in Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Recruitment, and Customer Service. I combine certifications (MBA, CIPD, Six Sigma) and multilingual fluency to operate effectively across cultures.

In my current role as a Global Benefits Analyst, I analyse benefits data across LATAM, APAC, EMEA, and NORAM to identify trends, implement process improvements, and develop dashboards and KPIs that inform global strategy and drive operational results.
