What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a data, analytics, or business analytics role where I can use Python, R, Power BI, and evidence-based analysis to improve reporting, data quality, and strategic decision-making.

I'm currently supporting Trust & Safety work at Accenture in Dublin, where I monitor global platform data, review sensitive user-generated content, and contribute annotation and safety-alignment feedback for advanced AI models including Gemini.

Previously at Outlier (Scale AI Labs), I labeled and evaluated text, image, and conversational datasets for machine-learning models, flagging harmful content and resolving ambiguous cases with quality assurance teams.

At Freight Systems, I built and maintained Power BI and Excel HR dashboards tracking headcount, turnover, recruitment, and engagement. I automated reporting, standardized recruitment metrics, and prepared insights for senior management workforce planning.

I've completed a distinction-level postgraduate qualification in Applied Social Data Science at Trinity College Dublin and bring a Psychology background. Using Python, R, Power BI, Excel, and statistical methods, I turn research and operational data into clear evidence for decision-making.
