At Eastern Shore Physical Therapy, I coordinate patient care and marketing operations remotely, serving as a primary contact for patients while managing scheduling, referrals, follow-ups, records, databases, and weekly metrics.

I help patients navigate inquiries with empathy and professionalism, collaborate with providers and specialists, and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

Previously, at Atlantic General Hospital, I registered ER and outpatient patients, verified insurance, processed payments, supported admissions and discharges, and explained financial options. At PNC Bank, I supported branch operations, customer needs, digital banking education, fraud detection, and cash handling.

I also bring hospitality operations experience from Mitchell's Fish Market Restaurant, where I coordinated guest flow, reservations, staffing, training, and special events. I work comfortably in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and communicate in English, Portuguese, and Afrikaans.
