I'm currently coordinating post-acute home health and durable medical equipment services at EviCore Healthcare, working with medical providers, in-network vendors, and members to support care needs.
I review Medicaid, Commercial, and Medicare policies, clarify orders with authorized parties, and issue denial letters when required. I've also developed training materials and serve as a trainer and subject matter expert for the Emblem benefit denial letter team.
Previously, I processed ophthalmic claims, appealed denials, managed remittances and accounts receivable, and supported patient access at Baylor Scott & White Health through intake, insurance verification, eligibility inquiries, billing, and EPIC documentation.
