In my current role as a BDC Representative, I manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments, assist customers with questions, and connect after visits to collect feedback. I also maintain accurate customer records and update system notes, coordinating with the service team to support efficient daily operations.

Previously, I oversaw front desk operations including reservations, inquiries, and guest relations, while coordinating and executing private events and managing logistics from setup to breakdown. I supported daily operations through collaboration, inventory management, and communications, and contributed to digital marketing efforts to promote events and increase engagement.
