What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead learning and development initiatives where I can design compliant, high-quality programmes, strengthen staff capability, use data to improve learner outcomes, and support impactful blended learning.

At PROearth College, I led learning programmes, academic operations and staff development, contributing to a 20% improvement in learner throughput through stronger curriculum delivery, assessment and learner-monitoring strategies.

I design curricula, learning materials and assessments, facilitate professional learning, and use data to improve delivery. My work spans higher education, TVET and basic education, including roles with the University of Pretoria, UNISA, SANTS and Via Nova School.

I bring practical experience with Umalusi, DHET and QCTO-aligned quality processes, accreditation evidence and compliance. I use Moodle, Blackboard and Coltech to support learner engagement, tracking, reporting and blended learning.
