What I'm looking for

I'm interested in corporate learning, professional development and innovative training solutions.

At Maccauvlei Learning Academy, I support the coordination, development and delivery of 10+ learning and development programmes. I help prepare and review learning content and resources, and conduct quality and compliance reviews.

I also support blended and digital learning initiatives reaching 50+ learners and professionals across training activities. My work includes learner support and researching learner needs and opportunities to improve learning programmes.

At John Orr Engineering School of Specialisation, I coordinated assessment schedules and classroom activities, maintained learner records and captured performance data. I hold a B.Ed Hons in STEM Education from the University of Johannesburg and have training in facilitation, outcomes-based assessment and skills development facilitation.
