At University of Pretoria, I designed, developed, and launched a university-level online module aligned with approved learning outcomes. It earned a 90%+ score during academic panel evaluation and quality assurance review with Higher Ed Partners South Africa (HEPSA).
I redesigned assessment components to strengthen academic integrity against generative AI and restructured marking workflows for cohorts exceeding 190 students, supported by 6 Teaching Assistants. I also used Blackboard LMS features, including release conditions, to structure learner progression.
At Momentum Multiply, I spearheaded the digital transformation of manual administrative systems into a scalable, tech-enabled platform across national networks. I directed cross-functional technical, legal, and operational teams to streamline service delivery and performance reporting dashboards.
