I've designed and delivered bespoke online courses at Construct, working with cross-functional teams to align measurable learning outcomes, engaging content, assessments, and multimedia resources.
At 2U/GetSmarter, I created academically rigorous and accessible online course materials for international universities in collaboration with subject matter experts. I also developed learning outcomes and formative and summative assessments using evidence-based learning design methodologies.
I've led curriculum implementation for a primary school of more than 700 learners at SPARK Schools Lynedoch and facilitated professional development for 60+ staff members. My work has included adapting curriculum for local needs, literacy interventions, and original English materials for learners transitioning from Afrikaans.
Currently, I develop curriculum and multimedia-rich learning experiences for African Leadership University and bring storyboard-led course content to completion for FourthRev. I enjoy creating innovative, learner-centred educational experiences that support growth, engagement, and accessibility.
