I seek a collaborative, growth-oriented role where I can apply technical support and project coordination skills, mentor junior staff, own module-level delivery, and drive process improvements to improve team efficiency.

I am an IT professional with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and hands-on experience in technical support, project coordination, and academic instruction. At Tata Consultancy Services I have taken module ownership and driven documentation, scheduling, and quality standards.

I mentor new team members, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and support cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time. Previously I lectured at Sharad Institute of Technology Polytechnic, guiding project-based learning and fostering teamwork among diploma students.
