I manage release cycles, upgrades, and implementation processes while supporting patch management and server configuration updates. I also work with clients and internal engineering teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
I identified a server cipher version mismatch that affected admin authentication to a key application, then updated the configuration to restore access and prevent potential downtime. My work has also been recognized with the TCS star of the month award, On The Spot Award, Star Team Award, and Service & Commitment Award.
