I'm looking to lead people strategy, talent, retention, employee engagement, and capability-building initiatives that strengthen business performance and employee experience.

At Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company, I lead end-to-end state HR operations, partnering with business leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, retention, productivity, employee relations, and capability building.

Previously at HDFC Bank, I managed end-to-end recruitment across the East Region, maintaining staff adequacy above 95%, 100% offer productivity, and 80% joiner productivity. I also drove diversity and PWD hiring, campus partnerships, sourcing improvements, and projects including the Future Banker Project.

At Reliance Jio, I owned the employee life cycle for on-roll and off-roll teams, from hiring and onboarding through performance, career progression, engagement, and exits. I bring 9+ years across banking, NBFC, and telecom, with recognition for recruitment and diversity hiring.
