In my current role at Cogent E Services Ltd, I’ve recruited 100+ candidates across different language profiles and client demands. I’m well versed with sourcing & screening, including social media, employee referrals, and consultants, and I handle HR operations such as collecting and uploading documents, releasing offer letters, and supporting onboarding processes like creating candidate employee IDs.

I also bring strong stakeholder and service experience from my earlier role as a Customer Support Associate with Cogent E Services Ltd (Bajaj). I resolved customer issues via email and live chat, maintained detailed interaction records, created accurate support tickets, escalated issues for prompt resolution, processed client payments and generated invoices, and trained new hires on product knowledge and service excellence.
