I’m a detail-oriented HR recruiter aspirant with a people-first mindset, strong communication, and a solid foundation in recruitment and organizational skills. I’m currently building my HR capability through my BBA in Human Resource Management.

Alongside my HR focus, I’m working as a Customer Support Executive, where I handle client calls, emails, and chats, resolve complaints, and provide product or service information. I also manage refunds, replacements, and service requests while maintaining accurate customer records to ensure satisfaction.

In my next role, I’m looking for an HR position where I can contribute to talent acquisition and employee engagement. I bring active listening, problem-solving, database management, and proficiency with tools like MS Excel and Microsoft Word, along with a continuous-learning mindset supported by my training in Design Thinking and Artificial Intelligence learning.
