I’m looking to lead enterprise customer success programs for cloud platforms—combining executive engagement, risk governance, and cross-functional delivery to maximize adoption, retention, and measurable revenue growth.

I’m a strategic Customer Success & Account Management professional, built across global organizations including Oracle, Microsoft, Veeam, Deutsche Telekom, and Porsche. I focus on driving customer value through executive engagement, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes across complex, multi-cloud environments.

In my current role as a Customer Success Manager for Oracle Cloud Applications, I lead enterprise engagements for Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring value realization, adoption, and alignment to long-term business objectives. I run executive-level conversations and QBRs, coordinate cross-functional delivery with Sales, Support, and Solution Engineering, and use escalation and risk governance to protect outcomes and accelerate expansion.

Across prior roles, I strengthened multi-cloud success planning for Microsoft partner accounts, led DACH-focused onboarding and tailored success plans in Germany & Austria, and supported revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell. I’ve also improved retention outcomes through Veeam renewals recovery, and earlier in my career I honed customer-facing communication through digital content and community management work at Deutsche Telekom.
