What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Success and Key Account Manager with 15+ years in B2B across HR tech, fintech, and telecom, focused on making enterprise accounts thrive. I lead end-to-end account management—from onboarding and platform adoption to contract negotiation and renewal.
At Edenred Group, I currently manage a €3.5M+ portfolio of 200–300 corporate clients, delivering 98% retention and 20% YoY growth. I drive outcomes through consultative upselling, proactive relationship management, and careful ownership of the full contract lifecycle.
I’m especially strong at client retention under competitive pressure, using renegotiation and tailored counter-offers to protect revenue. I also generate performance reports via Salesforce and prepare bespoke business reviews to align stakeholders and guide expansion.
Previously at Vodafone Romania SA and Telekom Romania, I consistently achieved strong sales performance through needs assessment, proposals, contract closing, and after-sales support.
