I’m an HR Operations professional with 4+ years of experience supporting multinational organizations across EMEA, specializing in employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, HR compliance, and operational excellence. In my current role, I support HR Operations for France, Poland and Denmark within a global technology company, partnering with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, IT and managers to ensure seamless employee lifecycle processes, documentation accuracy and compliance.
I prepare, review, and maintain employment documentation across the employee lifecycle, keeping employee records in SAP SuccessFactors with data integrity and confidentiality. I also contribute to process standardization, documentation migration for a new employee document management solution, and employee file purging for Denmark to align with retention policies—while supporting onboarding and knowledge transfer for new HR Operations colleagues.
