What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving compliant employee lifecycle and HRIS processes in a multinational environment, partnering with HR, payroll and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, efficient employee support.

At Electronic Arts, I own EMEA lifecycle operations for hires, from pre-onboarding and contract drafting to HRIS administration in Workday and Avature. I manage 80–100 employee and candidate queries monthly, applying employment legislation while meeting SLA and service-delivery targets.
