Je suis une technicienne support IT spécialisée dans les réseaux et l'accompagnement des utilisateurs, avec une expérience en support applicatif et gestion de tickets en environnements B2B et services partagés. J'apporte rigueur, autonomie et une forte capacité d'apprentissage pour résoudre et qualifier les demandes entrantes.
J'ai travaillé comme consultante IT en CDI chez QO-UP à Limonest, et en support applicatif (CDD) chez Alpilink à Grenoble, où j'ai assuré la réception, l'analyse, le dispatching et la planification des interventions, ainsi que la formation des utilisateurs. J'ai mené des projets techniques incluant un générateur de mots de passe en Python et un projet IoT de gestion de copropriété utilisant IPv6 et concepts réseau.
Je suis certifiée Cisco CCNA v7 et j'ai suivi une formation Junior Cyber Security ; je soutiens aussi la montée en compétences des femmes en TI via une communauté que j'ai créée. Je cherche un rôle où je peux contribuer au support, à l'amélioration des processus et au développement d'infrastructures réseau.
