I manage Level 2 technical support and network operations, handling critical incidents while doing root cause analysis and impact assessments. I’ve worked with SaaS support needs alongside NOC operations and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting.
Most recently, I’ve run LiveService as an independent entrepreneur and supported NOC cloud operations. Before that, I worked as a Radio Network Support Engineer (RAN Supervisor), proactively monitoring 3G/4G/5G equipment and delivering Level 2 support to field teams.
